Best way is just to quickly alt tab out of guildwars and search on wiki for whatever you might not understand.

something thats not in that list that i see often is when people say:

"Q13 wep"

now i understand what r9 is but wtf is q13 wep?

What does HFFF mean? It is not listed there and I have seen it used a few times.

There is also another GW wiki that is available in the game. You key F10, Help on the Menu, or /wiki in the chat bar. This will bring up the official wiki (servers supplied by ArenaNet) in a separate window.
